Website use

Content on this site is general information about our backend performance consulting services. It is not a binding offer until we send a written statement of work and you accept it.

You agree not to misuse the site (attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the inquiry API, or scrape content in ways that impair service).

Professional services

Consulting engagements are governed by a separate written agreement defining scope, deliverables, fees, confidentiality, and intellectual property. Until that agreement is signed, no consultant–client relationship exists.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Service liability limits are defined in each project agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Chonburi Province have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
