This policy explains how we handle personal data under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) B.E. 2562 for visitors of stackgrove.digital.
Data we collect
- Inquiry form: name, email, optional phone, and your message when you submit the contact form. A hidden honeypot field may be logged server-side for abuse filtering.

sgc_cookie_consent_v1(see our Cookie notice). - Server logs: our hosting provider may process technical connection data (IP address, timestamp, user agent) to deliver the site and protect against abuse. We do not use those logs for profiling or advertising.
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this website.

Retention
Inquiry submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond and maintain business records—typically up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is required for tax or dispute resolution. Cookie preference remains on your device until you clear site data.
Processors and transfers
Form submissions are received by our same-domain API handler (POST /api/inquiry) operated for stackgrove.digital. We do not sell personal data. If infrastructure is located outside Thailand, we apply appropriate safeguards consistent with PDPA cross-border requirements.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.
